I wanted to share some information about myself to help you understand who I am and what you will find on this page. My name, of course, is Anna Belle. And yes, that is a capital B; it was not a typo. I am a teen in high school who is very interested in psychology. I am particularly interested in child psychology and how a child's environment can influence how their mind works, and I hope to one day work as a child psychologist or therapist. I am interested in psychology because it is what I grew up with. I have had many struggles in the past, so I decided to do some research to figure out why I was feeling the way I was. For a while, I functioned as my own therapist.
My parents are divorced, so I do not see my siblings as often, with the exception of the one who works on the same schedule as me. Growing up in 2 different homes, I basically lived 2 different lives. 3, if you wanna count the life I live at school.
I have been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and "unspecified mood disorder." There is also PTSD.
I have five siblings: four boys and one girl. Growing up with a group of boys can be chaotic, but it is also a lot of fun.
I am also interested in astronomy and enjoy using my dad's telescope on weekends when I visit. My favorite activity is searching for planets, galaxies, and nebulae. My favorite discovery was the Andromeda galaxy. One night, I took out my father's telescope and spent hours staring at the sky. I kept trying to find the Andromeda galaxy but kept taking breaks from it when I got frustrated. And eventually, I stumbled upon a haze in the sky. And bam! That was the Andromeda galaxy. I was so excited to show my father because I knew he had always wanted to see it.
